It’s been all over the news and prevalent throughout the political world. Smartphones being used as integral tools for cheaters to make connections, converse with their girlfriends or boyfriends and even send explicit photos and texts. What many people may not know, particularly those who get caught, is that there are actually smartphone apps that can help cheaters cover their tracks.
In a recent taping of the Maury show, Private Investigator, Bari Kroll, discusses the use of smartphone apps as it relates to cheating spouses. According to Bari, “With today’s technologies, and with the click of a button, a cheater can purchase an app for as little as .99 that can hide or remotely erase photos, memos, text messages and call logs as if they never existed or never happened!” There are many signs that your spouse could be having an affair and excessive and overprotection of a smartphone is one of them. “With this technology, the cheater no longer has to be vigilant about protecting their cell phone and the proof of an affair contained within it”, Kroll continues.
Even though today’s technology provides many ways for cheating spouses to cover their tracks, and it may not be as easy as accessing emails, texts or phone logs from a cell phone for proof, anyone who believes their spouse is cheating should trust their instincts. If the feelings persist, it may not be out of the question to hire a private investigator to validate your feelings, or it may just vindicate your spouse.
